If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc...) then please contact us at email@example.com with as much detail as possible. We will of course investigate your complaint immediately.
At vHost Direct, we value the service we offer; however in the interest of improvement, we welcome your feedback. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received or feedback on how we may improve, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as possible. We will acknowledge your email within 1 working day, and aim to resolve any outstanding issues within 5 working days.
Should you not be satisfied with the initial outcome, we welcome you to escalate your complaint to director level by emailing email@example.com.
